Ciano / Corax
Corax uses Google OAuth to let users connect Gmail and Google Calendar to AI agents that help with scheduling, event management, and email-based workflows.
Corax is a Ciano application that allows businesses to create AI agents for WhatsApp customer support, sales, lead qualification, scheduling, and operational workflows. When configured by a user, these agents can help book meetings, check availability, create calendar events, and send or read emails needed to complete those workflows.
We use Google OAuth so users can explicitly authorize Corax to access only the Google services required for the features they enable. For example, a user may connect Google Calendar so an AI agent can check availability and create appointments, or connect Gmail so the agent can read relevant email context and send emails requested by the user.
Google user data is used only to provide the integration requested by the user. Ciano does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models without user consent.
Email and calendar data are processed only as needed to execute the requested action, such as checking availability, creating an event, reading relevant email context, or sending an email. Corax does not permanently store Gmail message content or Google Calendar event content for unrelated purposes.
Users can disconnect the Google integration from Corax at any time. They can also revoke Corax's access directly from their Google Account permissions page.
